Chris Brown has shot the video for his new single "Turn Up The Music," claiming to fans that it's his best video yet. The "With You" singer told his fans that the video shoot - which he was both directing and dancing in - was underway, posting on Twitter on February 1: "TURN UP THE MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT TODAY!!! Yuuuuuppppp." On February 2, he updated his status to note: "I'll let you guys judge but this Turn Up the music video hands down is probably my best video by far!!!"

Clips of the video show Brown shirtless, riding in the passenger seat of a car, among his dancers, who wear masks in parts of the video.

The single will appear on his new album Fortune, on which Brown collaborates with David Guetta, Nas, and Will.i.am. Fortune is slated to drop on March 16. "Turn Up The Music," written and produced by the Underdogs and Fuego, serves as the second single from the album and was first played on radio last week.

The studio, along with Imagine Entertainment, are still in the early stages of developing the project, which is largely dependent on the logistics of filming, staging and releasing the movie. A source close to the deal says Paramount hopes to follow the template of last year's Justin Bieber: Never Say Never.

The worldwide record for a concert film is held by Michael Jackson's This Is It, which grossed $261.2 million in 2009.

Deal making is still in the very early stages, and no director is officially on board as of yet.

"Good Feeling" is taken off of Flo Rida's upcoming new album Only One Rida (Part 2), the emcee's fourth studio album. It is expected see a March release. He then continues work on his singing doll, adding limbs and clothing, until she is complete and he turns on a switch that brings her to life. The newly-constructed Minaj, wearing a Gothic, 19th-century-inspired gown, then parades around the town drawing envy.

She always comes with the crazy ideas. So it's very exciting."

The track appears on Guetta's lastest studio effort Nothing But The Beat, which dropped in August.

According to a new report from Britain's The Sun, Simon is also planning to make an offer to Bey's fellow diva Mariah Carey. Early this week, news broke that Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul had been relieved of their duties on the show. Now a source close to the reality boss says that he's eying bigger names.

Early this week, news broke that Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul had been relieved of their duties on the show. Now a source close to the reality boss says that he's eying bigger names for the next season of the U.S. edition of the show.

"Simon wants nothing but the best for the X Factor and Mariah is the best," the source tells The Sun.

Abdul broke the news of her departure from X Factor earlier this week, saying she harbors no ill will towards either Cowell or the show's network, Fox:

"I wanted to let you know directly from me that it's true I won't be returning to The X Factor. Looking forward to an exciting year ahead and making great music and more! I'm grateful for the love you always give me."
