Nelly Furtado Previews Two New Songs

Nelly Furtado introduced some new tunes at a recent concert she headlined at the Orange Warsaw Festival in Poland. The Portuguese-Canadian singer previewed two of her new songs, "Free" and "Girlfriend In The City," both of which will be part of her upcoming album, Lifestyle. The new disc will be Furtado's fourth English language album and fifth studio album overall. The singer released her first full-length Spanish language album, Mi Plan in 2009.

Katy Perry's Teenage Dream Hits #1

Katy Perry's new album, Teenage Dream, has debuted at number one on the Billboard 200. This makes her the first solo female act to top the chart since Ke$ha hit number one with Animal back in January. Teenage Dream, which sold 192,222 units in its first week of release, also debuted at number one on the Digital Albums chart and the Canadian Albums Chart.

T.I. And Wife Arrested On Drug Charges In Hollywood

T.I. has been arrested on drug charges after he and his wife, Tameka Cottle, were reportedly caught with marijuana in their car at a West Hollywood traffic stop. The Atlanta rapper completed a prison term on federal weapons charges on March 26 and is currently on probation. Police reportedly smelled marijuana coming from the couple's vehicle as they approached the stop. After a brief investigation, T.I. and Cottle were taken into custody. A judge set their bail at $10,000 each.

Blink-182's DeLonge Discusses Progress Of Album

Blink-182 have not finished their comeback album just yet, but frontman Tom DeLonge says that if fans listen to the side projects of the three bandmembers, they will know why. Ever since the band went their separate ways in 2004, the members have been working hard collaborating with other artists, some of them even creating other bands. According to the DeLonge, however, that doesn't get them down.

Usher Releases 'Hot Tottie' Remix Featuring Lil' Kim, Jay-Z

Usher has offered up a remix of his current single "Hot Tottie," which features both Lil' Kim and Jay-Z. On the track, Kim sings: "The Queen Hot Tottie/don't compare me to nobody," as she compares herself to a Bugatti and Maserati. The track was produced by Polow Da Don, while the background vocals are provided by Ester Dean. Ciara was originally confirmed for an appearance on the track but her vocals did not make the final version.

Drake Mixtape Could Be Out This Year

Though Drake's official debut album Thank Me Later just hit stores this spring, the Canadian MC may be ready to release a new mix tape by the end of the year. In a recent interview with MTV, Young Money president Mack Maine says that fans would love to hear another Drake album this year and that he works fast enough to give it to them. "Drake's crazy. He's doing a mixtape right now . . . and this mixtape, he's gonna put that out quick . . . he works fast."
